Compatible with the following models:

In Lithuania, new homes built since 2021 must meet energy class A++, so almost every new house has an MVHR unit – and its filters need replacing regularly.

The filter set includes 2 filters of different efficiency classes:

This filter set follows the ISO 16890 standard for particle filtration efficiency. The G3 filter captures up to 50% of coarse airborne particles that are larger than 10 microns, such as household dust, textile lint, animal hair, large pollen grains and similar debris. It’s designed to clean the air extracted from your indoor space, helping to reduce visible dust and general build-up in the ventilation system. This lowers energy consumption, keeps the unit quiet, and extends your system’s lifespan. The M6 filter captures around 50% of particles up to 10 microns in size, such as pollen, mould spores, pet dander, house and construction dust. It helps clean incoming outdoor air before it enters your home, improving indoor air quality and protecting your health.

Wolf recommends replacing the filters every 3–6 months to ensure optimal air quality and system performance. However, replacement frequency may vary depending on factors such as:

If your system includes a filter change indicator, follow its alerts. Otherwise, check the filters visually – if they appear very dirty or clogged, it’s time to replace them.

A handy rule of thumb in Lithuania: always replace the filters in autumn, before the heating season, and in spring, before the birch trees flower in April–May, when the air carries the most pollen.

This filter set is part of our carefully developed house brand, manufactured in the European Union by our trusted partners who meet our strict quality standards. We work closely with each production partner and perform our own quality control checks to ensure every filter delivers reliable performance and consistent quality. The G3 material filter on the extract side is made from high-quality synthetic non-woven media, designed to provide reliable particle filtration with minimal airflow resistance. This type of filter is lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle during replacement. The M6 compact filter on the supply side is made using Minipleat technology, a dense pleating method where the filter media is tightly folded and bonded with glue. This glue fixation keeps the pleats evenly spaced and stable, ensuring consistent filtration across the entire surface. Compared to standard pleat types, this design offers a larger effective filtration area, more uniform airflow distribution, improved particle capture, and a lower pressure drop.

Model compatibility Compatible with the following models: Wolf CWL-180 Excellent In Lithuania, new homes built since 2021 must meet energy class A++, so almost every new house has an MVHR unit – and its filters need replacing regularly.
