What are Points?
Points are our simple way of rewarding you for shopping with us. You can collect them with your purchases and use them as a discount on future orders in our online shop. Your Points never expire.
1 Point = €0.01
You’ll see exactly how many Points you have available and how many you can use when you place an order, during the order review step. You can also see them in your account at any time.
How to earn Points?
You can earn Points in several different ways:
- Creating an account
To join our Loyalty Program, you’ll need to register an account. Every new member receives 200 Points upon registration. You can click ‘Sign Up’ and register using your existing Google or Facebook account; or create a new account at checkout by simply setting a password.
- Your purchases
With every purchase, you’ll earn Points as cashback. The rate ranges from 3% to 5%, depending on your Tier. The exact rate and how to move up tiers are explained in the Tier Levels section later on this page.
- Writing a review
When you leave a review on our website, you’ll automatically earn 200 Points for each approved product review. We also appreciate reviews on external platforms (e.g. Google or Facebook) – simply send us proof of your review, our manager will verify it and add Points to your account.
- Special promotions
Take advantage of our special promotions where you can earn extra Points! Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about exclusive offers and limited-time opportunities.
Tier levels
Your Tier level grows automatically based on your total spending with us. Our Loyalty Program has 3 Tier levels:
- Tier 1 – the default level for all new members upon registration, you earn 3% cashback on every purchase.
- Tier 2 – unlocked once your total spend reaches €100, you earn 4% cashback on every purchase.
- Tier 3 – unlocked once your total spend reaches €300, you earn 5% cashback on every purchase.
Loyalty program perks
As a valued loyalty member, you’ll receive some useful benefits to enhance your experience:
- Helpful reminders: every 90 days, we’ll send you an email reminding you to change your filters – helping you keep your device well-maintained while ensuring optimal air quality and system performance. We’ll also update you on your Points balance (both in points and euros).
- Exclusive offers: gain access to special members-only discounts and promotions.
We keep our messages relevant and useful, keeping you informed without filling your inbox.
Email preferences
By joining our Loyalty Program, you agree to receive updates about your Points balance (earned and spent), filter changing reminders, and exclusive offers. If you’d prefer not to receive these emails but still wish to remain a member, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email footer.
