These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a mandatory and integral part of the sales contract concluded between the online store and its customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”). They set out the terms of sale and purchase of goods in the online store and define the rights and obligations of both online store and you regarding the purchase and sale of goods. General Provisions
1. The following persons are entitled to use the services of the online store:
- Natural persons aged 18 years or older;
- Minors aged between 15 and 18 years, only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents, or legal guardians, except in cases where they have full control over their earnings or scholarships;
- Legal entities;
- Authorised representatives of the aforementioned persons.
2. To use the services of the online store, you must either register or provide necessary information for purchase. Registration is considered complete and valid once you have electronically submitted your information and proceeded with the subsequent steps.
3. The personal data (such as name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address) you provide during registration and/or when using the functions of the online store are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other applicable data protection legislation, as well as the privacy policy.
4. Prices of goods shown in the online store catalogue apply only to purchases made through the online store. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are not included in the listed prices and will be specified separately during the order process. The delivery cost will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order and will also be shown in the order confirmation.
5. The sales contract is concluded once you have created a shopping cart on, provided the delivery address, selected the payment method, acknowledged these Terms and Conditions by clicking the “I agree with the terms of purchase” button, and clicked the “Confirm order” button. The electronically concluded contract between you and online store is stored in the online store database and can be accessed by you in electronic form.
6. We confirm the conclusion of the sales contract by sending a notification to the email address you provided.
Your Rights and Duties
7. You may choose and order any product from the catalogues available on the online store.
8. By using the services of the online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and are required to comply with them.
9. You must provide complete and accurate information in the registration form of the online store. If your personal data changes and you fail to notify us, you will bear all risks and losses resulting from this.
10. You are responsible for all actions performed on your account while using the online store.
11. It is prohibited for one person to register and use the services of the online store under more than one identity.
12. You must be present at the specified location and time to receive the goods you have ordered.
13. You agree not to share your registration and login details with third parties. If you lose your login credentials, you must immediately notify us by email found in the Contact Us page. We shall not be liable for any actions taken by third parties using your login details prior to your notification. In such cases, we will consider those actions as having been performed by you.
14. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third parties who use your online banking credentials to enter into sale and purchase agreements through the online store.
15. To provide you with a full range of services, please allow us to store information on your device (cookies). This information helps us identify you as a returning user and collect website traffic statistics. You can review and delete cookies stored on your device at any time. You also have the right to object to the storage and use of cookies; however, some website functions may be limited if you do so. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us using the contact details provided on the website. Our Rights and Obligations
16. If false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete data is provided during registration or thereafter, or if you fail to comply with any obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, online store reserves the right to immediately cancel your registration, delete your data, or restrict your access to the services provided by the online store. You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the provision of incorrect data.
17. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your registration and access to the online shop services if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you are engaging in unauthorised activity or otherwise attempting to disrupt or undermine the proper functioning of the online shop.
18. We undertake to provide all necessary conditions for you to use the services offered by the online store.
19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery of the product you ordered, the online store commits to offering you a comparable product. Should you decline the alternative product, a refund will be issued within 5 business days if prepayment has been made.
Loyalty Program
20. Participation in the Loyalty Program requires registration of an account on the online store.
21. Loyalty Points are earned through eligible purchases and qualifying other activities. Points accumulation rates increase as members progress through spending-based Tier levels.
22. Points have no expiration date.
23. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

Payment for Goods
25. You may pay for your order using any of the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards;
- Apple Pay or Google Pay;
- PayPal;
- Bank transfer.
26. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.

Delivery of the Goods
29. You have the right to choose one of the available delivery methods when placing your order, which may include courier delivery or collection at designated pickup points. The available options will be shown at checkout.
30. Delivery costs in the online store are not included in the product price. They will be calculated based on the selected delivery method and displayed at checkout.
31. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on the regulations of the destination country.

Return of defective goods, right of withdrawal from distance contracts
33. The provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules apply to the return of goods purchased the online store.
34. If you return a faulty product, we will accept the return and, unless you object, replace it with a similar item. Should you decline a replacement, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days. If a similar replacement product is unavailable, you will be refunded within 5 business days of this being confirmed.
35. Returned products must be complete and include all original components. You are responsible for ensuring the returned goods are fully intact. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
36. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods by notifying us in writing via email found on Contact Us page. You may return the product during this period without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, undamaged, retains its functionality, and maintains its merchantable appearance.
37. In the event of withdrawal from a distance sales contract, goods must be returned unused and undamaged. While we prefer that products are returned in their original packaging, this is not strictly required; however, the packaging used must be clean, secure, and sufficient to protect the product during return. We will make every effort to comply with packaging requirements to ensure safe handling.

Final Provisions
39. We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions and any related documents by notifying you through the online store. Such amendments or changes shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e., the date on which they are posted in the online shop system.
40. If you do not agree with any amendments, additions, or changes to the Terms and Conditions, you have the right to refuse them; however, this will result in the loss of your right to use the online store services.
41. Continued use of the online store services after any amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed acceptance of the new wording, amendments, or additions.
42. Any disputes arising from the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute shall be settled according to the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
43. You may submit any requests or complaints regarding products or services purchased from our online store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or by filling out a request form on the European Consumer Centre (EGS) platform.
44. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
