Salda Tornado RIS Filters

We stock filters for Salda's widely installed residential lines:

• RIRS series (EKO 3.0)
• RIS series
• Smarty series (2X, 3X, 4X and 2R)

They are common across Lithuania and the neighbouring Baltic and Nordic markets. The series and airflow size are printed on the unit's label.

On Salda Smarty series units, the model code is usually made up of several parts – for example, "Smarty 2R Ver Plus" indicates the size group (2R), while "Ver Plus" marks a specific version with additional features. This whole code, not just "Smarty", is shown on the front cover or inside on the technical data plate.

Since filter size depends on the specific version, giving the exact model code when ordering lets you get the right size set straight away, without needing to measure the filter itself.

Most Salda RIS and RIRS EKO 3.0 units use an M5 filter on the extract side and a fine F7 (ePM1) filter on the supply side, and for some sizes an M5+M5 set is available too. Older RIS models differ — the RIS 400 P1/P2 5.0 takes G4+G4 and the RIS 400 VED G4+M5. Smarty 2X, 3X and 4X units use a G4 extract filter with either a G4 or an F7 supply filter, while the Smarty 2R takes M5 filters. Check your exact model before ordering.

Yes – our equivalent Salda filters match the originals in filtration class (G4, M5 or F7/ePM1, depending on the model) and exact dimensions, but are made in the EU and cost less. Since filters need replacing several times a year, the savings add up. For many Salda models we also stock original sets, so you can choose either.

There's practically no difference in quality, as long as the filter is made to the same standards and fits your model exactly.
