Compatible with the FRÄNKISCHE profi-air 180 sensor ventilation unit. This set contains two filters of the same size. Check the unit model and the existing filter dimensions before ordering.
What the filter set protects against
Filters are listed in extract → supply order:
- G4 extract filter (Z-line): basic protection of the ventilation unit from dust and lint in the extracted indoor air.
- F7 supply filter (Minipleat): reduces pollen, mould spores and fine airborne particulate pollution in the incoming outdoor air.
G4 and F7 are former EN 779 classes. The AORA specification is Coarse 65% for the G4 filter and ePM1 60% for the F7 filter. The original FRÄNKISCHE set is specified as Coarse 75% and ePM1 70%, so the ISO efficiencies differ despite the shared former classes.
Use and maintenance
Inspect the filters regularly and replace them approximately every 3–6 months, or sooner if they are dirty or clogged, or if the unit's filter alarm indicates it. The interval depends on dust exposure and operating conditions. Switch off the unit before maintenance, follow its manual, and install each filter in the correct air path, observing the airflow arrows. These filters are not designed to be washed.
Manufacturing quality
Our house-brand filters are manufactured by AORA, a reputable and well-known filter manufacturer. The G4 filter uses Z-line technology and the F7 filter uses Minipleat technology with closely spaced pleats. Both filters have 2xU synthetic frames, as specified for this product. The complete set is supplied with a box. This is a compatible house-brand replacement set.
