The set contains three filters of the same size: one extract-air filter and two supply-air filters. A12 identifies the controller version, not a different filter size. Check the unit model and the existing filter dimensions before ordering.
What the filter set protects against
Filters are listed in extract → supply → second supply order:
- G4 extract-air filter: Coarse 65%, for coarse dust and lint in the extracted indoor air
- G4 supply-air prefilter: Coarse 65%, for coarse particles in the incoming outdoor air
- F7 second supply-air filter: ePM1 60%, for reducing pollen, mould spores and fine airborne particles
G4 and F7 are former EN 779 classes. These particulate filters do not remove gases or odours.
The original Vents configuration is a G4 extract filter plus G4 and F8 filters on the supply side. This AORA set uses F7 instead of F8, so its fine filtration differs from the original.
Use and maintenance
Switch off the ventilation unit before maintenance. Follow the unit's manual, install each filter in its correct air path, with the G4 supply prefilter before the F7 fine filter, and observe the airflow markings.
Inspect the filters regularly and replace them approximately every 3–6 months, or sooner when they are dirty or clogged or when the unit indicates it. Service life depends on local pollution, weather and operating intensity. Do not wash these disposable filters.
Manufacturing quality
Our house-brand filters are manufactured by AORA, a reputable and well-known filter manufacturer. This set combines two G4 Z-line panel filters and one F7 Minipleat compact filter, all with cardboard frames. It is a compatible house-brand replacement, not an original Vents product.

- Vents SF 300x270x48 G4: original single G4 filter; two are used in this set.
- Vents SF 300x270x48 F8: original F8 fine filter; this set uses an F7 filter in its place.
- AORA AORS0000182: this compatible three-filter set.
The Vents designations identify the original filters, not this AORA set.
